Case study - Oxbow:
Premium developer EcoWorld required a marketing campaign that went deeper and richer than the standard approach.
After helping J2 win the pitch, I worked with the team on the strapline, narrative, tone of voice and campaign concept, before researching and writing the brochures.
Results:
A lyrical, creative tone of voice that reflects the Gen Y audience and authentic character of regenerating Poplar.
Winner of Best Residential Marketing Campaign at the Property Marketing Awards 2021.
