Buying a new kitchen is a big purchase, and the process between signing on the dotted line and the end of the installation - usually months in the future - involves multiple site visits, deliveries and decisions.

To support customers and avoid costly mistakes and hold-ups, Wickes decided to create a kitchen installation guide. This was a huge and complex task, requiring the analysis of multiple resource texts and highly intricate information hierarchy work. 

The result was 13,000 words divided between a series of brochures, forming a simple to follow, easy to use guide that has has excellent feedback from Wickes' Design Consultants and customers alike.
I have also worked with TBK on projects for Krispy Kreme, Camelot, Carlsberg and San Miguel.
