Project:


Creating a suite of films for Anglian Water customers with an identified water leak, motivating them to find and fix the leak quickly.

Strategy, creative & copywriting:
  • Initial creative platform & TTL ideas exploration
  • Campaign concept
  • 11 scripts built using behavioural science, plus storyboarding 
  • Full oversight as CD

Approach:


We created 11 films based around natural conversations between a householder, Lola, and an experienced plumber, James. 

James is a YouTuber with 377k subscribers and a winning way in front of the camera.

Results:


Films will be embedded into CRM emails sent to targeted customer, plus hosted inside the customer account area.

Just launched (Q1 2025).
